In recent years, tourism industry has introduced itself in the world as an attracted, dynamic and effective industry. One of the factors that caused to stable development is security and Its sense among Tourists. The aim of this study is to defining role of social and psychological security on Foreign tourist’s attraction that is entered to Esfahan city. Method of study is descriptive & analytical, statistical community has been the Foreign Tourists that entered to Esfahan city in 1389 that among them 320 has been selected randomly and through questionnaire have collected their opinions related to security and tourism. To research hypothesizes survey, have been used of step by step regression and factorial analysis statistical tests.  Findings indicate that high percent of Foreign Tourists satisfy from condition of social and psychological security in Esfahan city and have intended to travel Esfahan. Examination of hypothesizes indicate that among social and psychological security and travel motion to Esfahan have meaningful relationship. About 21 percent of Tourists motivation that traveled to Esfahan city related to be social and psychological security and 79 percent relate to tourism and historical attraction in this city.

A jurisprudential research in supporting Foreign Tourists English In today's world, the tourism industry is one of the fields that has received attention due to the groundwork for progress and the important role it plays in human social relationships. Since Islamic jurisprudence has entered into various fields of human life and specifies the duties of the obligees, the question of the upcoming research is what position should be taken in relation to this industry from the point of view of jurisprudence in the Islamic government. The author, with an interdisciplinary research of the type of analyticaldocumentary research with the method of collecting library information, is pursuing a jurisprudential examination of the Islamic government's encounter with the tourism industry in the light of Quranic and narrative documentation and the views of jurists in this field. Examining the Islamic verses and traditions shows that the importance of the Islamic religion to this issue is important, the most important components raised in this context are in the form of the rule of honoring human beings, the jurisprudential rule of conditions and harm, and the contract of safety. Therefore, jurisprudence, while accepting this industry, has approached its exclusive territory due to the necessity of public expediency in the field of cultural and economic prosperity of the Islamic government, and has also proposed solutions for the presence of Foreign Tourists and Tourists in order to preserve the religious and cultural essence of the Islamic society.

Security is the infrastructure of any development. The most important need of any society is providing the security of it and its individuals, which is why putting effort for providing the security and developing its domain is one of the most important goals of countries in international relations realm and their domestic policy. Striving for increasing national security limit is one of the most underlying concerns of the governments. There is a defined relationship between tourism and security development. Developing tourism in countries is only possible in the ones possessing required security. Tourism destinations are widespread in country, and through providing security in these regions, social security coefficient is increased resulting in tourism development. Security is a vital effective factor in attracting Tourists to traveling and tourism. A tourist who decides to travel all around the world will dismiss their decision if they feel there is no security in host country.

The development of tourism industry like any other industry in every country is dependent upon its infrastructures. Recognizing the tourism right is one of the fundamental principles for human beings especially for Foreigners. Nowadays, this right is one of the basic human rights known in the world and emphasized in the national rights and international documents. Furthermore, the necessity to perform tourism right is recognizing other rights including rights and basic freedom of human beings. If a person has the tourism right as his/her natural right but has not the right to enter or stay in another country and his/her property (money) or life in the target country be not safe, or in case of any offence against his her life or property (money) has not the right to refer to the court and defend his right. Then the concept of tourism right will be futile and in vain. It is because of this matter that in every country, there are special approved regulations to recognize and provide these basic rights. In our country, Iran, these rights and freedom have been recognized and approved for Foreign nationalities and Tourists as far as the human beings, personality are concerned.

In this study, tourism security in the autumn and winter of 1391 from the perspective of Tourists who had traveled to Iran, Yazd was measured. Therapeutic tourism is one of the most growing sectors of the tourism industry. Since the 1990s, because of several factors such as changes in consumer values, aging of population, the demands of the health services system, and other factors this kind of tourism has expanded and strengthened. Also, because of its benefits and advantages, therapeutic tourism has been the focus of much attention recently. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the capabilities of Ahwaz in attracting Foreign therapeutic Tourists. Based on its nature and methodology, this study was descriptive and analytical; and based on its purpose, it was an applied one. The statistical population of this study consisted of therapeutic Tourists, specialists and experts in the field of medical treatment. Using Cochran formula the sample size was determined to be 150 people. The sample of study included 100 therapeutic Tourists and 50 specialists. In order to collect information, two researcher-made questionnaires were used. Using Cronbach's alpha, their reliability scores were calculated 0. 71 for specialists and experts’ questionnaire and 0. 85 for Tourists’ one. One-sample t-test was used to analyze the data. The AHP method was used to rank the factors affecting the development of therapeutic tourism in Ahvaz. The results indicated that the health, services and welfare infrastructures in Ahwaz were sufficient to satisfy the Tourists’ needs and this shows their high satisfaction with these infrastructures, but from the viewpoints of specialists and experts the infrastructures are not sufficient. To determine the decision making options, factors affecting the development of therapeutic tourism, medical resources, traveling services and marketing were considered.

Background and Aim: Tourists are victims of various crimes such as robbery, murder, rape, hostage taking and the like. This article the Iranian criminal law approach to the victimization of Foreign Tourists examines. Materials and Methods: This article is Analytical descriptive and the library method uses. Ethical considerations: In this article, Originality of texts, honesty and trusteeship Has been complied with. Results: Iran's criminal policy to identify specific crimes of Foreign Tourists in the form of a differential system does not want. General Laws for the Protection of Victims In the Iranian legal system, Foreign victims are governed by the courts, and the courts the basis of public laws in the event of a victimization of Foreign Tourists rule on. Financial and moral support, the right to be informed, the right to sue and the right to a court of law, and the protection of witnesses and informants are among the rights of victims in Iranian criminal law, Foreign Tourists also applies to injured. Conclusion: The existing criminal laws are not sufficient to protect Foreign Tourists who are victims. Given the importance of Foreign tourism, it is necessary to take a differential approach to protecting affected Foreign Tourists so that the process of processing cases is more expeditious and more deterrent punishments are developed. In the discussion of prevention, there are gaps such as the lack of tourism police, lack of reversal and preventive attitude of factors related to and stakeholders in Foreign tourism.

Human beings take a step in the path of discovery and searching the universe. Meanwhile, travel is one of the means of searching wisdom and experience for communicating with the land, nature and the world’s creator, as well as finding meaning and concept of life. Therefore, humans understand travel as a source of perception and take benefits from it for recognizing themselves and the universe. The term "spiritual perception" is defined as a way for understanding and interpreting all non-material affairs related to the origin of human soul which has been investigated in this research. In this regarda qualitative-quantitative method has been applied in which the spiritual perception factors were obtained by using concept analysis method after conducting deep interviews with experts. Four factors of human hypothesis, spiritual truth, outward truth and human interaction were considered. Study population consisted of Foreign cultural Tourists travelling to the City of Isfahan from March to June 2018.  Gathered data was analyzed by using structural equation and Smart PLS. The results showed that all the hypotheses of research were confirmed and there were meaningful relationships among Tourists' spiritual perception and mentioned factors.

The study population was Tourists from Iraqi Kurdistan region for treatment and health tourism from the official border in city of Marivan entered the country, which at first being targeted and by achieving the theoretical saturation, to identify affecting factors on their satisfaction interviews were conducted with 19 of them. Then, questionnaires contained extracted information distributed among 100 Tourists randomly. The analysis of qualitative data did by using the basic theory and extracted data from the questionnaire evaluated by using single-sample t test and factor analysis. The results showed that the level of tourist satisfaction is not good, which the lack of three factors: the lack of services and amenities Accommodation, transportation infrastructure weaknesses, inadequate quality of medical care and its infrastructure, and lack of information, education and charged governmental institutions have had the unsatisfactory the greatest impacts.
